RETURN POLICY

We gladly accept the returns within 14 days of receipt for items in new condition. Your refund will be based on the merchandise value on the original purchase invoice. Our costumers are responsible for the shipping cost of any returning items.

Items excluded from returns

* Products marked final sale can not be returned.

* Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package.

* We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

* We don't accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

* Please send an email to info@somemoredesign.com , indicating which item you would like to return and the reason for your return.

* If you have quality issue to report, please email to info@somemoredesign.com within 5 business days, and we will assist you with the return and refund process.
